Delete your OClub account

You can permanently delete your OClub account and your profile data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Delete it yourself (recommended)

  1. Open the OClub app, or sign in on the web at app.1club.at.
  2. Go to Profile → Edit profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Can't access your account?

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you. Please include the email address (and, if you have it, your name) so we can verify the request.

What happens to your data

  • Your account and profile data (name, profile picture, bio, sports and skill levels, contact details) are removed and your account is deactivated.
  • Account and profile data are deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
  • Records we are legally required to keep — for example invoices and payment records under tax and accounting law — are retained for the statutory retention period and then deleted.
